These are sturdy enough for most foods.My favorite disposable utensils.Durable and heavy duty enough to cut thru a medium rare steak on the grill.We like the solo heavyweight duty plasticware. We buy the knives, forks, and spoons. We have found them to be strong, nice looking, wash easily and with no breakage so far.The product was good but it was packaged for shipping very poorly. The original box the knives were inwas not taped or tied so by the time it arrived there were knives all over the packing box and impossible to put back into the original box for storage.Meets expectationsvery sturdy,use them for my home personal use.Knives were not heavy duty. Cannot even spread soft butter with them
